Here is how I keep freshly dried herbs on hand for cheap. Pop a few screw-hooks in the top of a cabinet, it's usually a waste of space anyway, bundle fresh herbs after washing, hang and leave to dry for a few days. I keep mine up there and just snip off what I need. I've dried, lots of dill, oregano, sage, tea leaves, rosemary and stinging nettles with this method. You can use this cabinet for sprouting too!
