I have a new exercise challenge in my sights, 31 days of Misfit. Starting today, October 7, one class, everyday, for 31 days. Wowzer. You would think I learned my lesson with with the very popular, yet to be completed squat challenge... I managed 180, what can I say. Think about it. A challenge is great motivation, you're bound to come out of the whole thing tighter, more mindful and maybe even hooked on something really good for you.* BONUS: You can pickup THE GOODS at the studio too, no minimums... just saying. *And you'll have Gosi to thank for all of it... refresher.
