Milkin’ It

Who’s making milk… it’s soo easy I’m serious. My fav is hazelnut milk, I keep a big bag of hazelnuts in the cupboard and always have access to fresh milk within minutes. Way easier than running to the store.

This weekend I blended a vanilla bean with the nuts before straining and it was delicious!

Vanilla Hazelnut Milk

1 cup hazelnuts
4 cups filtered water
1 vanilla bean
stevia to sweeten (optional)
